Extremely disappointing experience. The service was far below expectations, with unprofessional and unhelpful staff who ignored or refused reasonable requests without explanation. The attitude of some staff members felt inconsistent and disrespectful, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.
AC was noisy. No Facility provided for room bathrooms. They outside food was not allowed but even you cant carry your water bottles.

Highly disappointing. The overall experience was far below expectations and the service quality was extremely poor. The staff displayed unprofessional behavior and seemed uninterested in addressing guest concerns. Even simple additional requests were either ignored or refused without any proper explanation.
What made the experience worse was the inconsistent and discriminatory attitude shown by some staff members. Guests were not treated with the same level of respect, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Instead of providing hospitality and support, the staff appeared indifferent and uncooperative.
The hotel management needs significant improvement in customer service, professionalism, and guest handling. For the price charged, the experience was unacceptable and did not offer good value for money. I would not recommend Hotel Lake View to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. There are far better options available that provide respectful service and a much better guest experience.

Had an amazing experience at Lakeview Resort and Restro! The hospitality staff was extremely courteous and welcoming throughout my stay. A special thanks to manager Thirta for being so humble, helpful, and professional — she truly made our experience even more memorable.
The ambiance is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the prices are very affordable for the quality they offer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Indore.

It is good but there is no water in the room's bathroom, the landline does not work so you cannot call room service, there is no wifi either. There is no good food in restaurant, what we wanted to order was not available and we went at around 11 am. There is just a pool which might even not be cleaned properly

I recently hosted my wedding celebrations at Lakeview Resort and Restro for a couple of days, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Everything was perfectly managed — from the delicious food to the warm hospitality and seamless service. Every moment felt special and beautifully arranged.
A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Asif, the General Manager, who personally took care of every small detail of my wedding arrangements with incredible dedication and precision.
Special appreciation also to Mr. Prince Soni, the owner of the resort, who personally ensured everything was running smoothly and made us feel truly valued.
A big shoutout as well to their admin managers, Mr. Armaan and Mr. Kabir, who handled everything very thoroughly and made sure every arrangement was perfectly in place. Their professionalism and support made the entire celebration stress-free and memorable.
I would happily give this place a 5 out of 5 star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. For any party, wedding, or family gathering, I highly recommend this resort without hesitation.
